Learn to Skate / Learn to Play Hockey
Learn to Skate (“LTS”) / Learn to Play Hockey (“LTPH”) are instructional programs that run in two 10 week periods over the hockey season. The first session starts in September and the second in January. Sessions are held once a week on either Saturday or Sunday. The goal of the program is to teach its participants the fundamentals of ice skating by letting them enjoy a playgroup environment that is safe, noncompetitive and encouraging enough to give children the confidence they need so they can skate and learn to play hockey. Players may transfer to any hockey program at anytime during the season when appropriate for his/her development. Tuition will be moved and pro-rated for any transfers within any Junior Crusader Programs.
